Depending on your individual needs and desired outcome, Dr. Park will listen and advise which procedures are right for you. He will then customize a mommy makeover package that will suit your needs, and may include any combination of the following procedures:

Regardless of what procedure or combination of procedures that are in your individualized mommy makeover plan, it is important to consider the recovery time. If you still have young children, it may be best to plan on some extra help around the house for the first two weeks, as lifting and driving are sometimes very restricted. Sometimes it can take four to six weeks before you can resume normal activities.
